Join the people behind some of the world’s most exceptional brands and make a world of difference.
Edrington’s vision is to give more by crafting exceptional ultra-premium spirit brands. The Macallan is our central focus, supported by Highland Park and The Glenrothes in the single malt category. Our portfolio is completed with Brugal premium rum from the Dominican Republic. Edrington also has a strategic partnership with No.3 London Dry Gin.
Edrington is headquartered in Scotland and employs over 3,000 people in its wholly owned and joint venture companies, with over half employed outside the UK. We distribute our brands to more than 100 countries around the world, primarily through wholly owned Edrington businesses, supplemented by joint ventures and third-party distribution agreements.
Edrington’s principal shareholder is The Robertson Trust, which has donated £421 million to charitable causes in Scotland since 1961.
Our values are reflected in the way we do business.
Our strategy and our ownership model are underpinned by giving, respect, integrity and excellence.
These principles govern every aspect of the way we do business, from an unwavering commitment to excellence in our products to our relationship with our people and fairness in our business partnerships.
These values drive our success, allowing us to give more to society.
At Edrington we believe that everyone should feel empowered to invest in their development – both through growing skills for today and building skills for the future.
Whether it’s online learning, in-person programmes or self-led development, we offer a wide range of opportunities designed to spark curiosity, encourage continuous learning and support our people to thrive.
Learning at Edrington begins on day one. We want colleagues to feel confident, connected, and inspired as they settle into a new role.
A key part of this is our Global Executive Induction, hosted by the Exec team. This virtual experience brings new colleagues together from across the globe to explore Edrington’s history, culture, values and strategic priorities.
You’ll also take part in sessions like EdTalks, where senior leaders share their career stories and insights, helping you to understand the bigger picture.
There’s a lot to value about working at Edrington. Competitive reward, meaningful recognition, generous family leave and real investment in your growth all come together in a package designed to support you at work and beyond it.
And then there’s Giving More. Every colleague receives four paid days each year to support causes they care about, bringing one of Edrington’s most distinctive values to life.
It’s a compelling package, built around rewarding great people.
We’re Edrington, the people behind The Macallan, Highland Park and some of the world’s most exceptional spirits. We care about what we make, the people who make it possible, and giving something back along the way.
Your career here can take you in all sorts of directions. Across brands, roles and countries, or deeper into the craft you love. We’ll give you the opportunities and support to keep growing.
They do, and we’d rather show you than tell you. That means 26 weeks’ paid family leave for new parents, four paid days each year to support causes you care about, and colleague-led communities where people can find support, connection and a voice. It’s all part of helping people feel at home here and do their best work.
We want people who bring different backgrounds, perspectives and life experience through our doors — not despite our culture, but because of it. You're assessed on your skills and your potential, full stop, and if you need an adjustment to do your best work, we'll make it happen. Our employee networks — Balance, Pride, Kick-Start and Enable — exist because inclusion here isn't a policy on a page, it's colleagues showing up for each other.
