The role

You’ll take ownership of new business growth across England and Scotland, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Driving new customer acquisition across licensed and unlicensed markets
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, with accurate forecasting
  • Developing relationships and negotiating commercial agreements to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborating with Marketing on lead generation and prospecting strategies
  • Preparing high-quality PQQs, tenders and proposals
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from sale to onboarding with service and account teams
  • Supporting customers in reducing water usage and achieving sustainability goals
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Representing the business at industry and networking events
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting environmental responsibility and company values
