Brewery Quality Compliance Manager

The opportunity

Lead the quality agenda at a flagship brewery, shaping standards, culture and performance across a large-scale production environment.

This is a senior site leadership role where you’ll have full ownership of quality compliance. You'll be ensuring the site meets rigorous food safety, environmental and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

You’ll be part of the site leadership team, influencing how quality is embedded across the business.

The role

You’ll lead the Quality Assurance function, setting direction, developing capability and ensuring compliance across all aspects of site operations.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading and developing the site QA function and team
  • Ensuring compliance with food/feed safety, environmental and EHS standards
  • Managing BRC, GMP and HACCP frameworks across the site
  • Overseeing internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
  • Driving continuous improvement, root cause analysis and complaint resolution
  • Monitoring and improving quality KPIs and performance metrics
  • Leading structured quality reviews across daily, weekly and monthly cycles
  • Managing departmental budgets and supporting capital and improvement projects
  • Working closely with site leadership, operations and external stakeholders
  • Managing industrial relations matters, including engagement with trade unions
