International Brand Manager

A well-established, values-driven FMCG brand is growing internationally and needs someone to make sure its identity travels as well as its products do.

This is a brand role with real scope. You will lead campaign and content development across Brand Markets, build the frameworks that govern how the brand shows up in Developing and Trading Markets, and work closely with Export Sales to make sure commercial ambition and brand integrity stay aligned. You will have sign-off authority across digital, social, packaging and marketing standards globally.

How you'll make your mark

  • Translate global brand strategy into market-level activation, leading campaigns and content development in Brand Markets end-to-end
  • Design scalable frameworks and guardrails that allow Developing and Trading Markets to execute consistently and independently
  • Own brand integrity, positioning and messaging across all international touchpoints
  • Provide guidance and sign-off on digital, social, packaging and marketing standards to maintain a premium, coherent brand globally
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Export Sales to align brand activity with international commercial priorities
  • Build the tools, assets and standards that allow markets to move faster without compromising quality
