Channel Marketing Manager

Job Ref: 10968

The opportunity

This is one of those roles where you can genuinely shape how marketing works, not just what it delivers.

Golden Charter is building momentum, and marketing is a big part of that. As Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll bring everything together. The planning, the people, and the pace. You’ll make sure campaigns don’t just happen, they land properly and work as one joined-up effort.

The role

You’ll sit at the centre of campaign delivery, leading the team and keeping everything moving in the right direction.

  • Lead a team of Campaign Managers and Executives, supporting them day to day
  • Turn strategy into a joined-up plan of campaigns that actually works in practice
  • Keep campaigns aligned across channels, both online and offline
  • Be the go-to for brand consistency across everything that goes out
  • Build and manage a single campaign calendar that everyone works from
  • Stay close to delivery, stepping in when needed to keep things on track
  • Share results and insight so campaigns keep getting better
  • Work closely with teams across the business to keep everything connected

The benefits

  • £55,000 to £60,000 salary
  • 6% employer pension contribution
  • 35-hour working week
  • 28 days holiday plus flexible bank holidays and buy and sell scheme
  • Medicash including dental, optical, physio and virtual GP
  • Life assurance at 4x salary
  • £1,000 flexible benefits allowance
  • Hybrid working, with around two office days per month
  • Extras like weekly on-site massage

About the company

Golden Charter is an established business with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. Right now, there’s a real focus on growing the marketing function and making it work harder across the business.

This role has been created to bring more direction to campaign activity and help the team deliver in a more joined-up, effective way.

Denholm’s take

This is a good one for someone who enjoys being the person who pulls everything together.

You’ll need to be comfortable leading a team, but also happy to roll your sleeves up when things get busy. It’s a mix of planning, people and delivery, and if you like having that kind of influence, you’ll enjoy it.
