The opportunity

If you enjoy seeing a campaign through from idea to results and want to work with a team that genuinely collaborates well, this is a strong 12-month contract to step into.

You’ll join a growing marketing function at Golden Charter, taking ownership of multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, with the space to make a visible impact from day one.

The role

This is a hands-on campaign role where you’ll plan, deliver and optimise activity across a broad mix of channels.

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns from briefing through to analysis
  • Focus on customer acquisition, with some retention activity alongside
  • Work across ATL, digital, trade press, social, email and direct mail
  • Support campaign planning for key partners and audiences
  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to align messaging and share insight
  • Build clear, effective B2B and B2B2C communications
  • Contribute to the annual campaign calendar
  • Analyse performance and use results to improve future activity

The benefits

  • Salary: £42,000 to £47,000
  • Pension: 6% employer contribution
