The opportunity you've been waiting for
Two organisations. One content role. A lot of room to make it your own.
Scottish Bakers is the membership body for the bakery sector. National Food & Drink Training is Scotland's largest modern apprenticeship provider in food and drink. Together, they work with some of the biggest names in the industry — and they need someone to bring that story to life across digital, social and beyond.
This is a newly created role, which means you will shape it. If you have a strong content instinct, a feel for what works on social and the skills to execute across multiple channels, this is a role worth looking at.
How you'll make your mark
- Create content across social media, web, email and print, including video, reels and seasonal campaigns, with a particular focus on TikTok and short-form social
- Write copy for blogs, newsletters, website pages, campaigns and event promotions
- Design digital and print-ready marketing assets including graphics, presentations and branded materials
- Get involved in major industry events, capturing on-site content and helping to promote them in the lead-up
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns to grow awareness and engagement across both organisations
- Bring new ideas to the table and look for ways to improve how content is planned, produced and measured
What's in it for you
- 29 days holiday
- Hybrid working — 3 days on-site at their Dunfermline office (parking on-site, accessible by public transport)
- Full autonomy over your content output and real scope to shape a brand-new role
- Exposure to major industry events and some of the biggest brands in food and drink
- A collaborative, small-team environment with genuine development and networking opportunities

Denholm's take
Newly created roles in small organisations are where content people can do their best work. There is no legacy to unpick and no queue to join, just a brief, a set of channels and the autonomy to get on with it. The combination of two organisations, a big brand roster and genuine variety in the day-to-day makes this one stand out.
