How you'll make your mark

You'll own the marketing function and set its direction across the UK and European markets. This is a role with real scope and real expectations.

  • Define and deliver the marketing strategy across the UK and Europe
  • Build a brand identity that resonates with foodservice audiences and holds its own commercially
  • Lead campaigns and digital activity that drive measurable engagement and growth
  • Develop the marketing team, creating clarity, structure and momentum
  • Work closely with sales to align brand activity with commercial priorities
  • Lead key initiatives including product launches, PR activity and trade events
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent, credible and rooted in Vegware's environmental purpose
  • Represent the business externally and strengthen its visibility in the market
